1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and the organizers of the NPC Iron Breed Classic ("we," "us," or "our"), promoted by Chris McMullen, Marianne Mandeville, and Kim Sellers.

By accessing, browsing, or using the website located at www.ironbreedclassic.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Site Purpose & Description

This Site serves as the official informational hub for the NPC Iron Breed Classic, a National Physique Committee (NPC) sanctioned bodybuilding competition scheduled for October 10, 2026 at The Atlantis Center, 1002 Arthur Drive, Lynn Haven, FL 32444.

The Site provides event details, schedule information, vendor listings, sponsorship opportunities, and links to external services for registration, ticketing, and event-related services. This Site is informational in nature and does not itself process transactions, user registrations, or payments.

3. Event Registration & Ticketing

All athlete registrations and spectator ticket purchases for the NPC Iron Breed Classic are processed through Muscleware (muscleware.com), a third-party registration and ticketing platform. By clicking registration or admission links on this Site, you will be redirected to Muscleware's platform and will be subject to Muscleware's own terms of service and privacy policy.

Key registration and ticketing terms:

• All registrations and ticket purchases are subject to availability and may be limited at our sole discretion.
• The NPC Iron Breed Classic reserves the right to refuse entry, registration, or admission to any individual at our sole and absolute discretion, with or without cause.
• All registration fees and ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the event promoter (Chris McMullen) or as required by applicable law.
• In the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, government orders, health emergencies, or force majeure events), we may offer rescheduled entry, credit toward a future event, or partial refund at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to provide a full refund in such circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
• Transferability of registrations and tickets is at the sole discretion of the event promoter and must be approved in writing in advance.

4. NPC Rules & Athlete Conduct

All competing athletes must comply with the rules, regulations, and standards of the National Physique Committee (NPC) and the Florida NPC district. This includes but is not limited to:

• Maintaining a valid and current NPC membership card
• Meeting all eligibility requirements for the division(s) and class(es) entered
• Complying with all NPC drug-testing policies and anti-doping rules, if applicable
• Adhering to all backstage, stage, and venue conduct rules
• Following the official show order and schedule as published by the event organizers

Failure to comply with NPC rules or event-specific rules may result in disqualification, removal from the venue, and/or forfeiture of registration fees without refund.

5. Exclusive Vendor Policy

HotSpot Competition Tanning is the official and exclusive tanning provider for the NPC Iron Breed Classic. Hair and makeup services are available through official providers, including HotSpot Competition Tanning and SBK Beauty Squad. The following rules apply without exception:

• No other companies, independent contractors, freelancers, or unapproved individuals are permitted to provide tanning services at the competition venue, backstage areas, warm-up areas, or the host hotel (Wingate by Wyndham, Lynn Haven).
• Hair styling and makeup application services must be booked through official event providers.
• Athletes who receive tanning services from unauthorized providers at or near the event venue may be disqualified from the competition and removed from the venue.
• Athletes are solely responsible for booking their tanning, hair, or makeup services with official providers in advance to ensure availability.
• This policy exists to maintain consistent competition standards, protect venue relationships, and ensure a fair competitive environment for all athletes.

Other official event vendors are listed on this Site. Only vendors designated as official event vendors are authorized to provide their respective services at the event.

6. Sponsorship Agreements

Sponsorship packages described on this Site are subject to the following terms:

• All sponsorship details, pricing, and benefits listed on this Site are for informational purposes and are subject to availability and change without notice.
• A binding sponsorship agreement is formed only upon written confirmation from the event promoter (Chris McMullen) and receipt of payment.
• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once a sponsorship agreement has been confirmed, except as expressly agreed in writing or as required by law.
• The event organizers reserve the right to decline any sponsorship inquiry at our sole discretion.
• Accepted payment methods for sponsorship include check (payable to Chris McMullen), Venmo, and cash, as specified on the sponsorship page.
• Sponsor logos, branding materials, and promotional assets must be provided by the sponsor in the format and by the deadline specified by the event organizers. Failure to provide materials on time may result in reduced or omitted placement without refund.

7. Photography, Videography & Media Release

The NPC Iron Breed Classic is a public event with designated official photographers and videographers. By attending or participating in the event in any capacity (athlete, coach, handler, spectator, vendor, sponsor, guest, or otherwise), you agree to the following:

• You irrevocably consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, live-streamed, and/or otherwise captured in any media format.
• You grant the event organizers, NPC, Florida NPC, event sponsors, and designated media partners (including De La Photography) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your likeness, image, voice, name, and/or performance for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, websites, and publications.
• You waive any right to compensation, royalties, or residuals arising from such use.
• You waive any right to inspect, approve, or control the finished product or its use.
• You release the event organizers and their agents from any and all claims arising from the capture or use of your image or likeness.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Attendance at and participation in the NPC Iron Breed Classic — whether as an athlete, spectator, vendor, coach, or in any other capacity — involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury from athletic competition, training, or physical exertion
• Exposure to loud noise, bright lights, and crowded environments
• Slip-and-fall or other premises-related injuries
• Allergic reactions to substances used at the venue (including but not limited to tanning products, cosmetics, and food)
• Exposure to communicable diseases
• Damage to or loss of personal property

By attending or participating in the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance and participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers (Chris McMullen, Marianne Mandeville, Kim Sellers), the NPC, Florida NPC, The Atlantis Center, the host hotel (Wingate by Wyndham), all event sponsors, vendors, volunteers, agents, employees, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your attendance at or participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

This waiver and release does not apply to claims arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties, or to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The event organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to this Site or the event shall not exceed the amount you paid for your registration or admission ticket.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of third-party services linked from this Site, including but not limited to Muscleware, HotSpot Competition Tanning, Wyndham Hotels, or any other external provider.
• We are not liable for any disruptions, delays, cancellations, or changes to the event schedule, show order, or venue arrangements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the event organizers and all Released Parties (as defined in Section 8) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to this Site
• Your attendance at or participation in the event
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party
• Any content or information you provide to us or to third parties in connection with the event

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, the NPC Iron Breed Classic name and branding, page layout, design, and software — is the property of the event organizers or their licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• The "NPC Iron Breed Classic" name, logo, and related branding are proprietary marks of the event organizers.
• "NPC" and "National Physique Committee" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used with permission or under the NPC sanctioning agreement.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without prior written consent from the event organizers, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., printing event details for personal reference).
• Vendor names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this Site (including HotSpot Competition Tanning, SBK Beauty Squad, De La Photography, DJ Ruckus, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are displayed with their authorization for event promotion purposes only.

12. Venue & Event Conduct

All attendees (athletes, spectators, coaches, vendors, and guests) must comply with the following while at The Atlantis Center, backstage areas, warm-up areas, and the host hotel during event-related activities:

• Follow all instructions from event staff, NPC officials, judges, and venue security
• Do not bring weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited items to the venue
• Do not engage in disorderly, threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior
• Comply with all posted venue rules and applicable local ordinances
• Do not interfere with the competition, athletes, judges, or event operations

The event organizers and venue security reserve the right to remove any individual from the venue at any time, with or without cause, without refund or compensation. Removal may result from violation of these Terms, NPC rules, venue policies, or at the sole discretion of event organizers or venue management.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

This Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to Muscleware, Google Maps, Wyndham Hotels, Instagram, HotSpot Competition Tanning, SBK Beauty Squad, Florida NPC, and individual vendor websites and social media profiles.

• These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only.
• We do not own, operate, control, endorse, or guarantee the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website or service.
• Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and is subject to that third party's own terms of service and privacy policy.
• We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your interaction with any third-party website or service linked from this Site.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all content, information, and materials provided on it are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site, including event schedules, show order, pricing, and venue information

Event details — including but not limited to dates, times, show order, venue information, pricing, and vendor availability — are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to keep the Site accurate and up to date, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of any information displayed.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations (including but not limited to holding the event as scheduled) if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, or flooding
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
• Government orders, regulations, restrictions, or mandates
• Venue unavailability, damage, or closure
• Strikes, labor disputes, or utility failures
• Acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or war
• Any other event beyond our reasonable control

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bay County, Florida. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 19. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed with formal legal action as permitted under these Terms.

Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

18. Severability & General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this Site. These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, and communications, whether written or oral.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the event organizers.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
• Headings: Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
